Yes. We mainly supply generic medicines. A small range of branded products is also available - these are labelled "Brand" in the product name.

Yes. Generics contain the same active ingredient and must meet the same standards for strength, form, and bioequivalence as brand-name medicines. Inactive ingredients and packaging can differ.

We supply manufacturer-sealed packs with a batch number and expiry date, sourced from licensed suppliers and stored in line with the manufacturer’s guidance.

Discreet delivery. Express: 4–7 days with tracking (we email a link once it’s despatched). Standard: 14–21 days without tracking.

Yes - tracking is included with Express delivery. Once your order is despatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. Standard delivery typically doesn’t include tracking updates.

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Free delivery may be available during promotions or when your order total reaches a certain amount. Eligibility is calculated automatically and shown at checkout.

We send all orders in discreet packaging with no sensitive content or product details visible on the outside. We also use SSL encryption and never share your personal or payment information with third parties.

For safety reasons, opened medicines can’t be returned. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact support to request a replacement or a refund.
